This Zajta-Budapest weekend direct train is one of the longest routes of a regular train in Hungary (apart from the bath trains from every part of the country to the Balaton lake) and is transporting people who live in the distant villages of Szatmár and work at Budapest, some 350 km away. The first part of its journey on the Zajta-Fehérgyarmat line is a real rarity: the original Fehérgyarmat-Szatmárnémeti (Satu Mare, Romania) railway is now mostly lacking traffic, as only a few Bzmot railcars run on it between Fehérgyarmat and Zajta, the ongoing line to Romania is removed. The train was probably named after the people working in the heavy industry who were often black from coal and oil, but some say that the old Bhv cars that used to have a black livery were rarely seen in this less developed area and the locals named the train after these cars.
